China with 1.3 billion inhabitants is driving double digit growth. With its entry to WTO, the growth is exponential. The growth in industrial and commercial areas places pressure on China’s water infrastructure.

In view of these challenges, IWA has partnered with Aquatech China to provide a platform for the researchers, practitioners and users in water sector to exchange their precious experiences, observations, and ideas on the different solutions that can be applied to the challenges that the Chinese water sector is facing. In view of the above, a conference on Finding Solutions to the Challenges of Chinese Saiater Sector will be held from June 3-5, 2009 in Shanghai, China.

The Southease Recycling Conference and Trade show is held every year and provides a premier forum for informing the public and private sectors of the economic and environmental significance of recycling and waste reduction in the Southeast.
